Over the span of two years, I went from 120lb to 140lb. To support my goals, I focused on weight lifting and nourishing my body. Based on my experience and education, I have created both fitness and nutrition programs to support my clients recomposition goals. My goal is always to help you embrace your starting point, and overcome your barriers. Along the journey my hope is that you will find your confidence, inner strength, and build your dream body.
Online coaching gives my clients the ability to create and sustain change in their body and confidence - from wherever they are. No matter where you live or where you're starting in your fitness journey, my programming provides you with the tools to embrace your shape and build the body that you love. When I started my journey, I did extensive research and put myself in front of experts in the industry in order to understand the safest and most effective way to put on weight.
